KRV Transporte und Dienstleistungen e. K. is the controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing described in this policy.

2. Summary

• No account, no sign-up and no servers of our own. We do not receive your name, email address or payment details.
• Your game progress is stored only on your device.
• The game shows ads through Google AdMob. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first. You can change your choice at any time under "Privacy settings" in the game menu.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play.
• The game is intended for players aged 18 and over.

3. Game progress stored on your device

The game stores your progress and settings locally on your device: distance records, rockets, upgrades, achievements, chosen country, sound and unit settings, and your purchase and ad-free status. This data is not sent to us or to anyone else. Storing it is strictly necessary to provide the game you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear the game's data in your device settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads (interstitial ads between runs and optional rewarded videos) using Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA ("Google"). Ads are never shown in the middle of a run.

When an ad is requested, the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes in particular:

• your device's IP address (which can be used to estimate your approximate location),
• device and advertising identifiers (for example the Android Advertising ID and the App Set ID),
• information about your device and the game (for example model, operating system, language, app version),
• interactions with ads (impressions, taps, video views),
• diagnostic and performance data (for example crashes and loading times).

Purposes: delivering and measuring ads, frequency capping, personalizing ads (only with your consent), and preventing fraud and abuse.

Legal basis:

• Storing or accessing information on your device and personalized advertising: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Section 25(1) TDDDG).
• Preventing ad fraud and ensuring security: the legitimate interests of Google and ourselves (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), where permitted under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework.

If you do not consent, the game still works. You then see non-personalized or "limited" ads that do not use device identifiers for advertising.

For its own advertising purposes Google acts as an independent controller. More information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

5. Consent management (Google User Messaging Platform)

To ask for and store your consent we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), a consent management platform certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. It stores your choice (a consent string) on your device and passes it to ad partners. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR (duty to demonstrate consent). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time under "Privacy settings" in the game menu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

6. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Purchases (subscription, ad removal, rocket packs) are processed exclusively by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details. The game only receives the information needed to unlock your purchase, such as the product, a purchase token and the subscription status. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google Play may keep transaction records as required by tax and commercial law.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Google may process data in the USA and other countries. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR). Google also uses Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

8. Retention

• Local game data: until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
• Consent string: on your device until you change it or remove the game; we ask again from time to time as the framework requires.
• Data processed by Google: according to Google's retention policies.

We ourselves do not store any personal data of players on servers.

9. Age

The game is not directed at children and is intended for players aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, please contact us at games@krvtd.com.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).

Because we do not hold any of your data on our own systems, we usually cannot identify you (Art. 11 GDPR). Your game data is under your control on your device. For data processed by Google you can also exercise your rights with Google directly: myaccount.google.com and policies.google.com/privacy.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The authority responsible for us is: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, www.ldi.nrw.de. You may also contact the authority in your own country of residence.

11. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you (Art. 22 GDPR). Ad personalization by Google takes place only with your consent.

We may update this policy if the game or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available on this page.
